Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

Role Responsibilities

Campaign Coordination

• Coordinate approved strategies between Social and Publicity managers and agencies (INK and Mediacom).
• Ensure timely execution and publication of approved activities.
• Identify and integrate real-time trends into campaigns.
• Spot and communicate new partnership opportunities.
• Schedule meetings with potential partners in alignment with managers.
• Ensure campaign ideas from Publicity and Social are well integrated.
• Organize alignment meetings between Social / MC and Publicity / INK to maximize efforts and avoid duplication.
• Manage crossposting schedules and publication timelines.
• Follow up with agencies for wrap-up deliveries.

Coordinate press, content creator, and partner access to Universal via SAFE.

Content Production

Coordinate with production houses for audiovisual content creation and delivery.

Digital Campaign Planning

Talent Transportation

Schedule transportation for star talent with Bulldog / Checking.

Glam Team Coordination

with Rebeca Troncoso.

Social Media Engagement

Coordinate social media contests, winner selection, and prize delivery with MC.

This position is temporary for one year.
