Projects Phase-in
Keeps central overview of HCB EU project pipeline & instruct / guide SC Planners
- Steers E2E Steering projects implementation tasks including x-functional tracking (milestones closed on time)
- Distributes relevant projects information x-SCP teams securing always up to date stakeholders
- Escalates in case phase-in is in danger due to pending milestones on other departments or insufficient data quality
- Takes care of process training and continuous improvement in his area of expertise
Projects Phase-out
Identifies obsoletes materials by project and track forward looking cost impactCreates country cost split allocationMonitors and escalates missing decision on PIPO milestones (Obsoletes Decision, target dates, planning)Secure the cross charge and invoicing processProject Coordinator
