Talent Acquisition Manager & Chief Operations Officer

We are looking for a results-driven, strategic, and highly experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our mobile business in Mexico . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts and distribution channels, and driving revenue and market share growth for our brands. This role requires deep industry knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and strong relationships within the local mobile ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with key retail chains, distributors, operators, and channel partners.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including regional markets and e-commerce.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and supply chain teams to align on market strategy and product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategy as needed.
• Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
• Represent Transsion at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a brand ambassador.
