The Role :
As an IT Recruiter – Middle Level, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top technology talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. Experience working with clients in the banking and financial services industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT consulting positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to attract qualified IT professionals.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, pipelines, and metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with IT market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Requirements :
2 - 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in consulting environments.Proven ability to recruit for diverse IT profiles (developers, analysts, architects, project managers, etc.).Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) – essential for interacting with international candidates and clients.Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and social recruiting.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Desirable : prior experience recruiting for banking or financial services clients.Benefits :
