Sales Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Expert to spearhead our growth in Mexico and Central America. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business expansion in the Oil & Gas industry.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the regional market, with strong connections among key players and decision-makers. They should have a proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on low-voltage equipment, submersible equipment, and power electronics.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering and power electronics sales is required. The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex sales environments, build strong relationships with customers, and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities include :

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS
• Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure new business
• Identifying and pursuing new sales leads and opportunities
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure continued competitiveness
