Overview
Pre-Sales & Implementation Engineer
At Yaydoo, we’re transforming how companies in Latin America run their financial operations. As a Pre-Sales & Implementation Engineer, you’ll guide prospects and customers through their digital finance journey—from discovery to solution design, all the way through to hands-on ERP and system implementations.
You’ll dive into clients’ financial operations and enterprise systems, uncover inefficiencies, and architect scalable solutions that connect invoicing, collections, bookkeeping, payments, and reporting. More importantly, you’ll have the technical and commercial acumen to sell the vision and make it real—owning the transition from pre-sales to implementation.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with SMBs and mid-sized enterprises to understand their financial workflows (AP / AR, invoicing, ERP / accounting software, CRMs, and payment platforms).
- Lead technical discovery sessions to scope ERP integrations, custom workflows, and compliance requirements.
- Support the sales process by guiding solution design for complex enterprise environments with multiple systems, subsidiaries, and data dependencies.
- Build and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-concepts, and proposals that showcase how Yaydoo addresses CFO, controller, and IT priorities.
- Own ERP and system integrations end-to-end : configure, test, and implement Yaydoo’s solutions into platforms like NetSuite, SAP B1, Contpaq, or QuickBooks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure a smooth handoff and deliver successful go-lives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic guidance with hands-on execution in client environments.
