Team Overview

We are looking for someone passionate on develop his or her professional career on the Risk and Controls Team. As Risk and Controls Senior Analyst, you will be part of the global Risk Team having the opportunity to learn and develop soft and hard skills, improve your knowledge on the risk and controls function by supporting the processes improvements and processes / procedures creation in different areas of the global organization, risk mapping and mitigation risks around the world, and also, improving the risk environment of the company.

Role Responsibilities

• Mapping value chain processes of areas with medium / high complexity;
• Conducting business process reviews to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal processes and procedures, promoting processes improvements and creating new processes and procedures, if needed;
• Acting as a multiplier and motivator throughout the company the importance of Business Processes Management and Risk Management;
• Identifying the risks and internal controls of business processes of medium and high complexity / specificity, creating internal controls, processes and procedures for several departments working with different stakeholders;
• Evaluating internal controls and processes improvements, as well as monitor their implementations in a timely manner;
• Ensuring compliance with internal standards and applicable laws in different regions around the world;
• Acting as an integrator in the processes between the business areas and the supporting areas;
• Filling / updating the Risk and Internal Controls Matrix, conducting periodic risk assessments and mitigating risks;
• Updating / creating risk management KPIs;
