If you have extensive experience in Ethics, Integrity, and Conduct Risks and love challenging the status quo, we are looking for someone like you!

This position is for a Senior Conduct Risk Analyst at Nubank. The professional will be responsible for leading and managing conduct risk matters in countries where Nubank may expand its operations. This includes assessing conduct risks for new markets and developing expansion projects with ethics and integrity themes.

You'll be responsible for

You will be responsible for conduct risk matters in countries where Nubank may expand its operations, including :

  • Conduct risk assessment for new markets within the scope of Conduct Risks.
  • Participate in and lead expansion projects focused on ethics and integrity.
  • Manage and act on issues related to Conduct Risks.
  • Ensure compliance with international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with related party regulations.
  • Collaborate with other areas (Legal, HR, etc.) as needed to ensure compliance and integrity.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Conduct Risk management processes and methodologies.
  • Document processes and findings in detail and accurately.
  • Prepare reports in accordance with Conduct Risk governance.

We are looking for a person who has :

  • Robust knowledge of national and international anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations.
  • Experience in expansion projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of conduct risks management regulations and market frameworks.
  • Critical thinking, questioning attitude and rigorous evidence evaluation to ensure thorough, unbiased analysis and risk assessments.
  • Demonstrates a strong preventive risk mindset, actively anticipating potential conduct risk issues and developing proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong sense of ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • English language in Advanced | Fluent level.
  • Relevant certifications on Ethics and / or Anti-Corruption.
  • Project Management Certification

    Our work model has cycles that can vary from two to three months depending on the area of expertise. In other words, for every eight to twelve weeks of remote work, one will be in the office.
