About the Company -We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Loss Control Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with various reinsurance portfolios, particularly in sectors such as construction, process industries, and energy. The ideal candidate will utilize their engineering expertise to develop and implement risk control strategies that protect our underwriting processes and enhance overall operations.

About the Role - Conduct thorough risk assessments and evaluations for clients' operations, identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities. Collaborate with underwriting teams to provide insights that influence policy terms and pricing. Develop and implement risk control programs tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to clients in implementing effective safety measures and operational improvements. Analyze loss data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions. Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and employees to promote safety awareness and best practices. Work closely with claims teams to investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend preventive measures. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and emerging risks to continuously enhance our risk control strategies.
