Vice President of Sales – Media, Broadcast, Film & TV (International)
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Vice President of Sales to lead our regional business development strategy across media, broadcast, film, television, and gaming markets. This executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, overseeing P&L performance, and expanding our international footprint. The VP of Business Development will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy, developing high-value partnerships, and leading a world-class sales organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the global sales strategy across media, broadcast, film and TV sectors.
- Drive profitable revenue growth while maintaining sustainable P&L performance.
- Identify and develop new international market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Sales & Business Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team with clear KPIs and accountability.Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with studios, broadcasters, production companies, agencies, and commercial clients.Negotiate and close large-scale, multi-year deals with key clients and partners.Develop innovative sales models to address changing market dynamics in media and entertainment.Commercial & Financial Management
Take full ownership of sales budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets.Monitor global market trends, competitor strategies, and client needs to ensure commercial competitiveness.Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to ensure commercial objectives are aligned with organizational goals.Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing industry insights and solutions tailored to their business challenges.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and international forums.Partner closely with the executive team on cross-functional initiatives including marketing, product innovation, and international expansion.Qualifications
10+ years in senior sales leadership roles within the media, broadcast, film, TV, or related entertainment industries.Strong background in international business development and global client management.Demonstrated success in P&L ownership, sales forecasting, and delivering revenue growth at scale.Deep network of relationships across studios, broadcasters, advertisers, agencies, and production companies.Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and strategic thinking skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and drive transformation.Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related field (MBA preferred).What We Offer
