This is a high-level leadership position that drives execution in the field.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies for Mexico in alignment with company goals.
- Build, lead, and develop sales and wholesale teams, fostering collaboration and performance-driven culture.
- Expand wholesale business through territory model, increasing penetration into small retailers and strategic accounts.
- Develop business plans for all current and prospect accounts, ensuring growth and profitability.
- Negotiate with clients, agencies, retail partners, and sport leagues / teams at senior levels.
- Capture new market opportunities across wholesale, multi-brand, and digital channels.
- Analyze performance indicators such as revenue growth, profitability, market share, and sell-through.
- Establish commercial policies including pricing strategies, discount structures, payment terms, and delivery agreements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial initiatives effectively.
- Oversee launch planning, promotional campaigns, and trade show participation to drive brand visibility and sales.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to influence product development and assortment planning.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts, financial plans, and business reports for senior management.
To succeed in this role, you should be a hands-on leader who develops strategies and executes them. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Fashion, or related fields is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex negotiations with major accounts. You should have in-depth knowledge of the Mexican market and a strong network of executives and key players in the sector. Additionally, experience in P&L management, strategic planning, and local client management is highly valued.
