Overview

VP of Business Development – LATAM | Blockchain Infrastructure

Remote – Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, or Miami (office optional) | Full-Time | $80,000–$140,000 + Bonus + Equity | 8+ Years Experience

This role is with Recruitment Room - Global. The job involves leading go-to-market efforts in Latin America for a global blockchain infrastructure platform. It is a strategic and hands-on position focused on revenue growth, enterprise partnerships, and client success. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy wallet infrastructure inside financial institutions and fintech ecosystems.

Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Drive LATAM business development alongside the Head of Americas
  • Act as senior regional representative and local director in key markets
  • Set and exceed sales targets, grow ARR, and close high-value deals
  • Build relationships with banks, enterprises, and regulators
  • Lead RFPs, RFIs, and complex enterprise negotiations
  • Support post-sale success including compliance and account expansion
  • Translate sales materials into Spanish and Portuguese
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Travel across LATAM to meet clients and prospects
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Ideal Candidate

  • 8+ years in business development and enterprise sales with leadership experience
  • Proven success driving ARR and closing large-scale financial deals
  • Deep understanding of LATAM financial markets and regulatory environments
  • Experience selling blockchain or financial technologies is a strong plus
  • Strong communicator with technical fluency and business acumen
  • Skilled in negotiation, presentations, and relationship-building
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient in CRMs, automation platforms, and modern sales tools
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary : $80,000–$140,000
