Descripción del trabajoIdentify and address talent gaps to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities. Develop and execute programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement by coaching teams and promoting teamwork. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Lead change initiatives by navigating complex organizational dynamics and building strong relationships across all levels. Act as a change champion, empowering employees to embrace new processes and strategies. Oversee performance management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide coaching and feedback to managers and employees to drive individual and team success. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in HR management. Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a passionate advocate for Samsung’s mission, values, and culture. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the company as an employer of choice. Has broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Actively solves complicated issues by analyzing situations or data even if it seems like there is no solution. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others. Generally requires a minimum 12 years of related experience and a Bachelor’s degree, or 10 years and a Master’s degree, or a PhD with 7 years experience.
