This role is ideal for someone who is committed long-term, eager to grow into a Director of IT role, and ready to take ownership of critical infrastructure as the company continues to scale. You will be stepping into a high-impact position previously held by a senior engineer and will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate

You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced ISP environments and can balance proactive network scaling with responsive problem-solving. With over 5 years of experience, you are confident in your technical expertise, require minimal training, and have the ambition to grow into a leadership role. You’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and passionate about building reliable, secure, and scalable networks.

Required Experience & Skills

What Does a Typical Day Look Like?

Your day will be dynamic, combining customer support, hands-on configuration, and proactive optimization. You’ll monitor networks, troubleshoot escalated issues, provision new connections, configure routers and firewalls, implement upgrades, and ensure network security. Alongside daily operations, you’ll collaborate on expansion projects such as SD-WAN, LTE / 5G deployments, and tower / backhaul enhancements. Occasionally, you’ll also consult with business clients to design and implement tailored networking solutions.
