Descripción del trabajoZero Trust (Zscaler) WAF (Akamai, AWS, Imperva) Infoblox (DHCP & DNS) TACACS+ with full infrastructure administrator rights under AAA Resolution and follow-up of security incidents and problems Compliance with performance indicators according to the service SLA Ability to monitor the evolution and development of technologies within the scope of the service Identification and analysis of customer requirements and proposal of technical solutions Implementation of service improvements from a security perspective Handling and diagnosing reported incidents Documentation in ITSM tools Escalation with third parties Analysis of the security infrastructure Identification of vulnerabilities in systems and networks and detection of areas susceptible to attacks Continuous network monitoring to detect anomalous or suspicious activity Resolution and follow-up of security incidents and issues Use of Panorama and Fortimanager Basic knowledge of the Cisco CSM console Certification or exam in Cisco CCNA or CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE4, Palo Alto PCNSA, or PCNSE (current certification is optional; you may have taken the course, or it may have expired) Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Communications and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field (degree desirable) More than 5 years of professional experience and demonstrable technical knowledge (courses / certifications in products, networks, and services) Remote Work : Preferably located in Mexico City with hybrid in-office presence once per week Schedule : Interspersed with on-call shifts English : Technical (intermediate conversational level and high listening comprehension) Mid-Senior level Contract Information Technology IT Services and IT Consulting Energy Technology
