We are looking for a Consultant - Network Security to provide secure network solutions and implement robust security frameworks that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Perform security assessments to identify and address vulnerabilities through penetration tests and risk evaluations
  • Develop network architectures that integrate firewalls, intrusion detection / prevention systems, and encryption technologies
  • Align proposed network solutions to governance standards and ensure adherence to project requirements
  • Follow ITSM and CMDB protocols to support efficient system administration
  • Use Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools to analyze security alerts and address incidents
  • Collaborate with teams to define and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies and network access control (NAC) systems
  • Stay informed about the evolving security landscape and optimize defenses against new threats
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance efforts and provide support during audits when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
  • Background in network security with expertise in secure network architecture, encryption strategies, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency in Zscaler Private Access and Internet Access solutions
  • Competency in firewall configuration and management with systems like Cisco, Palo Alto, or comparable platforms
  • Experience in managing intrusion detection / prevention systems and proficiency in SIEM tools for incident resolution
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the capability to engage with cross-functional teams

  • Cisco Certified CyberOps Associate or Professional
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Administrator (PCNSA)
  • Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
  • Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA)
  • Check Point Certified Security Expert (CCSE)
  • Certified Network Security Professional (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+)
