Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 3 for network escalations, with a primary focus on Cisco wireless (controllers, APs, authentication, RF).
• Own complex troubleshooting across WLAN / LAN / WAN (packet flow, RF interference, performance issues, roaming, authentication).
• Implement, optimize, and support Cisco wireless (e.g., 9800 / Catalyst controllers, DNA Center / Prime, ISE / 802.1X).
• Contribute to SD WAN and firewall operations as needed to reduce reliance on security for device / hardware management.
