🧩 What You’ll Be Doing
🎁 Swag CoordinationResearch, design, and order custom-branded merchandise (e.g. event giveaways, client gifts, team kits)Coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and manage logistics end-to-end🎨 Graphic Design & Visual ContentCreate simple but polished graphics for swag, presentations, and internal materialsEdit and format PDFs, slide decks, and branded assetsUse Canva, Figma, or similar tools to execute fast turnarounds📆 Executive Support & On-Call AvailabilityBe available on weekends (as needed) and respond quickly to messagesManage inbox triage, calendar support, and task follow-upsAnticipate needs, flag time-sensitive requests, and maintain clear communicationsHandle errands, research, order placement, and other ad hoc admin tasks✅ Who You Are
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Level Executives in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage swag logistics, gifting, or event coordinationStrong design skills using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe SuiteComfortable being on-call during weekends (actual work volume may vary)Highly responsive, proactive, and solutions-orientedYou don’t wait to be told what to do—you spot the need and act📩 Application Process Overview
