Overview

SSE Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Time-critical Broker to join our team. You’ll be handling urgent shipments, working closely with couriers and partners, and ensuring every mission runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage time-critical shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring on-time performance.
• Coordinate with couriers, partners, and customers to disclose statuses and resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor shipment progress and take proactive actions to minimize delays.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
