Descripción del trabajoProven experience in Banking & Financial Services (BFS) and Wealth Management. Strong knowledge of portfolio management, data modeling, and financial analysis. Proficiency with analytical tools, databases, and visualization platforms. Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese or Spanish is a plus). Ability to work with remote, multicultural teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end business and data analysis in the Wealth Management domain.
- Design and implement data analysis strategies to strengthen portfolio performance.
- Partner with product, technology, and business teams to optimize processes.
- Translate complex financial data into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
- Ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of all financial data.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate findings to diverse audiences.
