Our mission at Apex Systems is providing Insights that Inspire. In this role you will help achieve that mission by giving our clients consultative guidance and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on, technically involved, and tasked with troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Technical Support : Resolve alerts related to system failures, network issues, or resource constraints.
• Escalation : When problems exceed their capacity, escalate them to higher-level engineers or specialized teams.
