Job Responsibilities :
1. Execution of Regional Sales Targets : Responsible for automotive sales in designated areas according to the company’s sales targets, ensuring the completion of sales tasks.
2. Dealer Management and Support : Assist in the daily management of dealers in the region, conduct regular visits to understand their sales performance and needs, and provide necessary business support and training to enhance their sales capabilities.
3. Customer Relationship Maintenance : Develop and maintain good cooperative relationships with dealers, distributors, and end customers, promptly addressing their needs and issues.
4. Market Research and Information Feedback : Collect and analyze market information, particularly regarding dealer performance, market demand, and competitive dynamics, to provide data support for optimizing sales strategies.
5. Promotion Activity Execution : Assist dealers in organizing promotional activities within the region, providing promotional materials and event support to drive sales growth.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, automotive, or related fields.
2. Effective English communication skills.
3. 2 years or more of sales experience in the automotive industry, with dealer management experience preferred.
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of establishing and maintaining long-term cooperative relationships with dealers.
5. High market sensitivity and insight into customer needs, able to provide targeted business support to dealers.
6. Willingness to travel and adapt to flexible work arrangements within the region.
