Job Overview
Coordinate and optimize talent attraction and selection processes for the Operative Sales roles, ensuring timely and efficient staffing aligned. Ensure the proper execution of recruitment processes, effective use of technology platforms, and continuous improvement in both candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned positions, ensuring hiring deadlines are met.
- Lead the team of recruiters responsible for Operative Sales roles.
- Project management for area improvements.
- Administer and optimize the use of Greenhouse to ensure effective tracking and visibility across all stages of the hiring process.
- Analyze and report key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and source effectiveness.
- Maintain and oversee relationships with job board providers (e.g., OCC, Indeed, Talenteca), including negotiations, evaluations, and improvement proposals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement enhancements to tools like Voximplant, focused on process efficiency and candidate experience.
- Establish clear and timely communication with operational team leaders.
- Participate in weekly follow-up meetings and monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment policies and documentation quality standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience managing operational (high-volume) recruitment processes.Experience managing teams.Experience managing team budgets and recruitment costs.Advanced conversational English (required).Proficiency in Greenhouse or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Strong experience in recruitment data analysis, reporting and familiarity with external sourcing platforms and professional networks.Preferred : Experience improving automated contact flows (e.g., Voximplant).Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and make decisions under pressure.Core Competencies
