This manager will manage a team of 36 A-players driving white glove care resulting in 0% churn and significant upselling.

Purpose of your role : Your mission is to ensure that every hire we place becomes a high-performing, long-term asset for our clients.

You'll serve as the champion of each talent post-hire—ensuring they're set up for success, growing in their roles, and continually aligned with their client's expectations.
