As part of our team, this person will lead the Human Resources area, whose main objective is to act as a promoter of change, facilitating adaptability and implementing processes that foster a stable work environment and a balance between talent development and organizational growth.
Main Responsibilities :
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of local and corporate HR processes, policies, and strategies.
- Maintain and promote a stable and inclusive work environment that fosters talent retention and development.
- Identify hiring needs, attract candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee employment contracts and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
- Administer salaries, bonuses, insurance, and other employee benefits.
- Design and implement competency-based training and development programs.
- Measure individual and team performance, driving continuous improvement and recognition of achievement.
- Manage labor relations, conflict resolution, and organizational climate initiatives.
- Coordinate occupational safety and hygiene measures to ensure safe and compliant workplaces.
- Oversee HR-related management systems and their proper implementation.
Candidate Profile :
5+ years of experience in Human Resources , with at least 3 years in a recent leadership role .Fluent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in business and informal settings.Experience leading the HR department in a manufacturing environment (on-site).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Administration or a similar discipline is desirable.Comprehensive knowledge of all HR functions : labor relations management, talent attraction and retention, labor budget administration, training and development, compensation and benefits systems, and organizational climate strategies.Solid understanding of labor regulations (LFT), social security (LSS), environmental, and occupational safety and security standards.Strong ability to make both strategic and operational decisions.Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills with business leaders.Proficiency in HR software and technological tools.Compensation :
Gross monthly salary : $55,000 – $65,000 MXN
