Why is this a good opportunity for you?

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for connecting business needs with people strategies, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across the full employee lifecycle. This role involves managing core HR processes, supporting leaders, and driving initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and talent development.

You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating operational needs into actionable HR solutions, and actively participating in strategic meetings to contribute with a people‑centered perspective.

Your key responsibilities will be :

Talent Management

• Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, internal mobility, and development strategies.
• Coordinate performance management cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, calibrations, and promotions.
• Analyze talent‑related data (turnover, compensation, job levels) to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate on compensation proposals and career path frameworks aligned with business needs.
