Position : Sales Director

This is a full-time position based in Mexico City. Local candidates are strongly preferred.

At CoreX, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director for Mexico City with proven experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. This individual should excel at navigating the technology sales landscape, especially in selling software products and professional services, and bring a strong track record of success. We are seeking an individual with a self-motivated attitude who excels in a results-driven environment, values cultural alignment, and consistently exceeds performance targets.

The Sales Director will drive all aspects of our Services and Products Sales Lifecycle, support marketing and lead generation campaigns, and own Customer Success and Journey for existing clients.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North Latin American region.
• Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic ServiceNow solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
• Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Take on a $3.5M PS / ACV quota and deliver on it.
• Travel to Guadalajara every quarter.
