About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our technology sales team and drive revenue growth in Mexico City.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership and a proven track record of success in driving business growth in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North Latin American region.
- Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.
- Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience.Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets.Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute deal strategy and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.Benefits
