Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Lead at Munequita.shop, located in Mexico City.
The Sales Lead will oversee daily store operations, manage sales teams, train new staff members, and provide excellent customer service.
The role includes setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring all sales activities align with company goals.
The Sales Lead will also handle customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Experience in Training and developing sales teams
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Ability to work on-site in Mexico City
Proficiency in Spanish and English
