We're looking for hungry, motivated sales professionals inMexicoto join our team and bring new soccer academies on board.What You'll DoResearch and connect with soccer academy owners and directors in the U.S.Set appointments and / or close deals for our marketing services.Present our services in a clear and persuasive way (training provided).

Hit monthly sales targets and earn big commissions .

What We're Looking ForSales experience (B2B or B2C) – call center, lead gen, or closing experience a plus .

Strong English communication skills (spoken + written).

Driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working commission-only.Passion for soccer or youth sports is a big plusAbility to work U.S. business hours (remote).

What We Offer High commissions – Appointment setters earn $50–$100 per qualified call bookedbonus on closed deals.

Closers earn 15–20% of every deal closed (average deal size $2,000 / month).

Unlimited earning potential – top performers can make more than a local salary.

Fully remote – work from anywhere in Mexico.
