Payroll HR Partner role at LHH.
Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing : Calculate payments based on country-specific calendars and pay periods; handle termination and resignation calculations; ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Legal and Tax Compliance : Apply local labor and tax laws; ensure correct tax rates for all payments.
- System Management : Maintain consistency between ADP and MyHR systems; conduct biannual audits of both systems.
- Financial Reporting : Generate monthly payroll reports for Finance; provide General Ledger (GL) data for payroll accounting.
- Annual Processes : Calculate annual bonuses, savings funds, profit sharing, and other country-specific payments.
- Audit Support : Prepare and deliver required documentation; address audit findings while maintaining confidentiality.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Accounting, HR, or related fields).Experience : Minimum 5 years in payroll.Knowledge : Labor laws, personnel administration, accounting.Skills : Time management, effective communication, conflict resolution, attention to detail, numerical analysis.Seniority and Employment Type
