As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients within the hospitality industry. How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibility
- Demand Generation : Utilize various channels including cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media to identify and generate demos within the assigned region or market.
- Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of target companies.
- Represent RateGain and pitch the company and its products to prospects.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to convert inbound interest into opportunities.
- Lead Qualification : Qualify prospects based on interest and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to generate demos.
- Prospecting : Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target accounts and initiate contact to introduce RateGain’s full-funnel digital marketing solutions.
- Relationship Building : Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication and follow-ups to understand their specific needs and challenges.
- Pipeline Management : Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads to ensure timely follow-ups and progression through the sales cycle.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Shift Flexibility : Flexibility to work across different shifts and regions as needed
Education & Work Experience
2 – 6 years of experience working as a Sales development representative.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, business administration, or a related field.Knowledge
Knowledge of social media platforms, and hospitality marketing.Experience working in B2B sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and email campaigns.Proficient with tools such as :LinkedIn Sales NavigatorDiscoverOrg / ZoomInfoSalesforce / HubSpotProficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).Experience in preparing reports and tracking progress against sales targets.Basic understanding of digital and full-funnel marketing concepts and sales strategies.Skills
