Job Highlights
Hourly Rate : The equivalent of $6.5 USD per hour in the applicants local currency
Number of Paid Hours Per Week : 8 hrs per day / 40hrs per week
Schedule : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM Central Time
Work Arrangement : Work from home
Contract : Independent Contractor
Side Note : Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Prospect Outreach : Proactively identify and engage Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospects in Texas through cold calls, emails,, and other channels, predominantly working US Central Time (CT) hours to align with local business needs.Lead Qualification : Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and fit for company'ssolutions, ensuring only high-quality opportunities are passed to Account Executives.CRM Hygiene : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, activities, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and visibility for the wider team.Autonomous Execution : Take ownership of your pipeline, manage your daily schedule, and consistently meet or exceed outreach and qualification targets with minimal supervision.Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to share insights from prospect conversations and continuously improve messaging and targeting.Process Improvement : Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize outreach, track performance, and suggest improvements to sales processes.Hard Work & Work Ethic : Demonstrate a strong work ethic, resilience, and a willingness to go the extra mile in a high-activity, results-driven environmentFoundational Team Member : Embrace the opportunity to be among the first SDRs as part of the company's US expansion, helping to shape the culture and future of the sales team.
Requirements
Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales is a plus, but high motivation and a willingness to learn are essential.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems and sales automation tools.Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.Growth mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
