As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver studies that exceed client expectations.

Some of your key responsibilities will include :

• Managing up to 10 projects at any given time
• Ensuring best practices are followed to maintain overall quality
• Communicating and escalating issues or feedback to Shift PM Manager and account managers

Project ownership will be assigned to you, where you will work closely with a PM Team member on the same shift to communicate with clients and set up invites. You will be responsible for reviewing project metrics, analyzing if additional invitations or reminders need to be sent to achieve client goals, and managing overall quality by ensuring best practices are followed.

You will also be required to communicate project insights to 'co-owner', monitor cost ratio, communicate and escalate any issues or feedback to PM Manager and Sales Management, consolidate actions taken, feedback, and direction for 'co-owner' and put into project email, communicate resolution to PMs in the same shift, communicate to clients and vendors as applicable, manage vendors supporting Global Projects, assist with Project Management capability administrative duties as requested, learn and become proficient in advanced Project Management functions, pre-Screener setup, adjustments, management, and proficiency, use and management of Mega Quota Groups, understanding and proficiency in using Automatic Sampling, and learns and follows established process.
