We’re looking for a Client Success Director LATAM to join our team and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.

Your Challenge

As the Client Success Director, LATAM, you will lead the regional Client Success team, driving strategic client relationships, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will be responsible for setting the vision and structure for client success, ensuring the team delivers exceptional service, maximises campaign performance, and strengthens partnerships with agencies and advertisers.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you will shape processes, define success metrics, and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Your ability to align internal teams, scale best practices, and advocate for client needs will be instrumental in positioning the company as a trusted partner in the region.

  • Client Strategy & Leadership : Define and execute a regional client success strategy that enhances client satisfaction, fosters long-term partnerships, and drives business growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development : Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing Client Success team, ensuring they have the tools and frameworks needed to succeed.
  • Revenue Growth & Retention : Work closely with Sales and senior leadership to identify opportunities for client expansion, renewals, and increased investment.
  • Operational Excellence & Scalability : Develop and implement best-in-class processes, SLAs, and performance frameworks to enhance efficiency and consistency across the region.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management : Act as a senior point of contact for key clients and agencies, ensuring alignment between their business goals and our solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and other internal teams to streamline execution, improve workflows, and address client needs proactively.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Reporting : Oversee the development of strategic client reporting and insights, helping clients optimize their media investments.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and evolving client expectations to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Advocacy & Thought Leadership : Represent the company in key client meetings, industry events, and strategic forums, reinforcing our value proposition in the market.

  • What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 15+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related leadership role within AdTech, Digital Media, or MarTech.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling regional or multi-market client success teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising, programmatic media, and agency dynamics.
  • Strong track record of driving client retention, revenue expansion, and operational efficiency at scale.
  • Exceptional ability to manage executive-level relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong familiarity with the EMEA advertising landscape, client needs, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience working with CRM, reporting, and workflow tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and BI platforms is a plus.
