Salary : 53k MXN Monthly.

We are seeking a highly experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources operations in Mexico City . This role is on-site and ideal for an HR leader with a proven track record in U.S. recruitment , healthcare industry expertise , and the ability to manage dynamic, high-performing teams across multiple locations.
As the HR Manager, you will oversee daily HR operations, ensure best-in-class service delivery, and drive strategic initiatives to support business growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership & Operations :
- Lead and manage HR Operations teams (including remote / virtual teams) ensuring effective delegation and resource optimization.
- Act as the focal point for SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and issue escalation to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Talent Acquisition :
- Oversee full lifecycle recruiting (job posting to offer stage) for U.S. and Mexico-based roles.
- Mentor, coach, and grow the recruitment team, driving direct sourcing and creative candidate generation strategies.
- Service Delivery :
- Champion HR service delivery best practices and manage performance reviews in line with governance standards.
- Resolve service problems efficiently by leveraging internal / external resources.
- Reporting & Compliance :
- Manage monthly reporting, maintain internal controls, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Engagement & Communication :
- Create a positive work environment by fostering team motivation, communication, and collaboration.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Strategic HR Leadership :
- Provide expertise in organizational structure, staffing plans, and talent strategies to align with business needs.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).10+ years of HR and recruitment experience , including 3+ years in direct sourcing and recruiting strategy.Proven expertise in U.S. recruitment and healthcare industry hiring.Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, mentoring, and coaching .Strong ability to assess talent using behavioral interviewing, candidate assessments, and other modern techniques.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; proven ability to deliver results under pressure.Location :
