Travel Management :
- Function as the primary contact for regional travel needs and complex arrangements.
- Enforce company travel policies, leveraging local expertise to optimize employee guidance.
- Manage and optimize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense and resolve system-related issues.
- Educate employees on expense submission policies, ensuring better compliance and clarity.
- Interacting with local vendors to improve the quality of the services provided and address to them any issues or broader inquiries.
Required Qualifications :
2–4 years of experience in corporate travel management and / or expense processing.Familiarity with LATAM travel regulations and cultural / local nuances.Experience with tools like Concur or similar booking and expense platforms.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Proactive problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and excellent communication in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).Preferred Qualifications :
Experience supporting multinational or multi-country operations.Familiarity with LATAM-specific reporting practices.Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.Experience with data analysis and reporting.
