Travel Management : Function as the primary contact for regional travel needs and complex arrangements.Enforce company travel policies, leveraging local expertise to optimize employee guidance.Manage and optimize travel bookings through Concur Travel & Expense and resolve system-related issues.Educate employees on expense submission policies, ensuring better compliance and clarity.Interacting with local vendors to improve the quality of the services provided and address to them any issues or broader inquiries.
Required Qualifications : 2–4 years of experience in corporate travel management and / or expense processing.Familiarity with LATAM travel regulations and cultural / local nuances.Experience with tools like Concur or similar booking and expense platforms.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Proactive problem-solving mindset, organizational skills, and excellent communication in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications : Experience supporting multinational or multi-country operations.Familiarity with LATAM-specific reporting practices.Familiarity with internal controls and audit processes.Experience with data analysis and reporting.
