Job Title : Paid Ads Specialist

Location : Remote

Employment Type : Full-Time

About the Role :

We’re seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to own tracking, analytics, and paid media execution for a portfolio of clients. This is a full-time role where you’ll partner with our Digital Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep data clean, experiments disciplined, and results measurable. You’ll thrive here if you’re detail-obsessed, data-driven, and comfortable using AI to work faster and smarter.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead Google Tag Manager implementation and governance (clean taxonomy, QA, consent, events).
  • Own Google Analytics 4 : property / admin hygiene, conversions, audiences, explorations, and insight generation.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen and performance) with rigorous testing and pacing.
  • Manage Google Ads as a secondary channel (Search, Performance Max, Display / YouTube) with clear KPIs and budget stewardship.
  • Build repeatable workflows for A / B & multivariate testing, audience strategy, and creative iteration.
  • Maintain airtight tracking across platforms; debug discrepancies and document fixes.
  • Use AI tools (prompting, automation, analysis) to speed up research, QA, reporting, and creative ideation.
  • Collaborate with Digital Team and Account Executives; report to the Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Proactively propose enhancements to improve client outcomes and internal SOPs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on in performance marketing / measurement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail; self-starter who hits deadlines.
  • Up-to-date on platform changes, privacy, and analytics best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting insights.
  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills

  • Meta Ads (experience required)
  • Google Tag Manager (experience required)
  • Google Analytics 4 (experience required)
  • Google Ads
  • Programmatic Display Advertising / OTT
  • Nice to have : LinkedIn Ads / TikTok Ads
  • Familiar with Mac
  • Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
  • Experience with Basecamp (project management) is a plus
