Confidential Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide critical support to senior leadership. This role requires a professional who can balance multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment, and maintain the highest level of discretion.
What the Role Involves
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate logistics before, during, and after company events, including preparing agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by compiling information, maintaining project documentation, and tracking deliverables.
- Manage communications with executives, vendors, and internal departments with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Assist with the preparation, formatting, and review of reports, documentation, and special projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal standards, reporting any concerns as appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.1–3 years of relevant professional experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.Why Join Us
