About the Function
Our Sales team loves building relationships, connecting with customers to sell our brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year. We operate across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise. Using your curiosity and passion, you’ll leverage consumer insight and digital platforms to reach new customers, markets, and celebrations while supporting your learning and growth across the business.

The Sales Operations Team brings strategy to life at the point of sale, driving execution within our commercial organization with speed, precision, and visibility.
Role focus : FIELD SALES SENIOR ASSOCIATE is responsible for a group of cities within Nielsen Area 3 (GUANAJUATO Y MICHOACAN); translating company and regional strategy into local sales and execution tactics to drive profitable growth in volume, distribution, visibility, and sell-out through flawless execution and store activations. The role also serves as a link with customers and internal multifunctional teams, leveraging data, insights and disciplined routines to drive results.
Purpose of position : Ensure the achievement of sales and execution objectives in the assigned territory by leading customer relationships, executing commercial activations, negotiating additional visibility, visiting points of sale, and providing local insights to influence regional strategy and cross-functional teams.
