Job Title : Sales Assistant / Administrator

About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant / Administrator to support our sales and operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent support to both our clients and internal team. This role requires prior experience in accounting and HR-related administrative tasks to effectively collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and sales documentation.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics for both international and domestic shipments.
- Manage expense payments and collaborate with the company’s accountant to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support HR-related processes such as onboarding documentation, maintaining employee records, and coordinating with HR on administrative matters.
- Maintain organized records of sales, logistics, accounting, and HR processes.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements :
Based in Guadalajara, Mexico.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or logistics coordination role.Hands-on experience with accounting (invoicing, expense tracking, collaboration with accountants) .Experience supporting HR processes (employee records, onboarding, admin support) .Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Word, email communication).Preferred :
