Join a fast-growing, product-led tech company as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and help scale high-impact teams across LATAM. You’ll own strategic, full-cycle hiring for Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market functions, acting as a consultative partner to leaders while crafting an exceptional candidate experience.

Location : Remote within Peru, Mexico, or Brazil

Openings : 2 roles

Engagement : 12-month assignment with potential to extend or convert based on performance

What you’ll do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer across technical and GTM roles in LATAM
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to define needs, design interview processes, and drive outcomes
• Proactively source using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools to build strong, diverse pipelines
• Translate talent market research into strategy (competitors, compensation, availability)
• Own candidate experience with timely, transparent communication and smooth process flow
• Use AI and recruiting tech to increase speed, quality, and signal throughout the funnel
• Contribute to continuous improvement (DEI initiatives, interview calibration, talent analytics)
