You'll leverage your deep marketing expertise (recruitment marketing agency background preferred!) to craft exceptional candidate experiences and drive successful hires.

• Influential Leader : Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills – 80% of this role is about building strong partnerships!
• Marketing Maverick : A solid marketing background is a must, with a preference for experience in recruitment marketing agencies.
• Fluent in English : Essential for seamless collaboration across our global team.
• Time Zone Savvy : Ideally based on the East Coast of the US / Canada, or Mexico (maximum Mountain Time).
• Experienced Professional : We're seeking a senior individual with a proven track record.
