Position Overview
As Talent Experience Manager , you will operate within our HR framework, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff and serving as the dedicated point of contact where team members can confidently bring both workplace satisfaction and safety concerns. This integrated role creates a trusted bridge between employees and C-level management, combining cultural facilitation with safety oversight to ensure our team has a single, confidential resource for all workplace well-being matters.
You'll work primarily on-site at our Mexico facilities, focused on creating a safe, secure, and enjoyable work environment through relationship building, cultural development, and comprehensive safety auditing—all within one cohesive role designed to support our team\'s complete workplace experience.
