Location : Mexico, Latin America, or Europe / Eastern Europe (Ideally 9 AM–6 PM PST)
Salary : $2,000‑$3,500 / month gross
Schedule : Full‑time, 40 hours / week (1‑2 hours flexibility to start earlier or later)

In This Role
You’ll lead and scale recruiting operations for a fast‑growing business support agency, managing the full end‑to‑end hiring cycle for Virtual Assistants and operational roles. You’ll take ownership of sourcing, screening, and placements, always within a strict two‑week timeline, while building and refining systems that make the recruiting process smarter and more efficient.
Reporting directly to leadership, you’ll track performance metrics, optimize tools and automations, and ensure every hire meets the company’s high standards for quality and speed. You’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, balancing hands‑on recruiting with strategic development to help the business scale sustainably.
What You’ll Be Doing

You’re an experienced recruiter who’s part headhunter, part builder, equally skilled at finding top talent quickly and developing systems that scale. You have a proven track record of full‑cycle recruiting, with at least 50–70% of your time previously spent sourcing candidates, fast, proactive, and metrics‑driven.
