And as a result, our support team requires flexible and knowledgeable engineers, able to read and comprehend architectural documents, to perform Level 3 support activities.
These activities include technical analysis, troubleshooting, issue validation, corrective actions, documentation, and appropriate customer communications.
We operate a 24x7 support schedule with initial response, issue update and resolution KPIs.
