This role is key in providing professional and timely support to clients, installers, and internal teams.

You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, configuration guidance, and after-sales service across solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage (BESS), and mounting solutions.What you'll do : Provide remote and on-site technical support for solar PV and BESS systems.Diagnose and resolve issues with modules, inverters, microinverters, and batteries.Assist with system design reviews, wiring diagrams, and product configuration.Support sales with technical input for proposals and product selection.Deliver trainings, webinars, and presentations to clients and internal teams.Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards in Mexico.Build strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.What we're looking for : Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar (preferred).2+ years' experience in technical support or installation of solar PV systems.Strong knowledge of solar PV components and energy storage systems.Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.Bilingual (Spanish & English).

Familiar with PV design tools (PVsyst, Helioscope, Aurora – nice to have).

Driver's license (for site visits).
