PositionTechnical Solutions Engineer - CitrixJob DescriptionArrow is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer - Citrix to provide technical knowledge and tailored solutions to our channel partner community in North America.

As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be accountable for delivering system designs and configurations and overseeing day-to-day technical account-level activities.

You will be responsible for architecting solutions for channel partners within your assigned region or technology focus.

The successful candidate will have knowledge in Citrix solutions and knowledge across modern infrastructure and adjacent technologies.What You'll Be DoingProvides technical support and guidance to channel partners and sales staff with pre-sales activities in the assigned market on behalf Arrow's supplier CitrixLeads in the analysis, design, and refinement of technology solutionsDemonstrates knowledge on Citrix solutions including virtual apps & desktops, application delivery, networking, and cloud servicesKeeps up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscapeDevelop and propose solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of assigned channel partners and their end usersServes as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners and serves as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays or specific business applications and outcomes within an assigned market segmentSuccessfully builds relationships with the Arrow account team, partners and end users in support of sales objectives; engages and leverages Arrow horizontal resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriateLeads Citrix technical sales calls with and on behalf of channel partnersQualifies Citrix sales opportunities in the terms of end customer technical requirements and competition in partnership with Arrow channel partnersWhat We Are Looking ForTypically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent work experienceRequires knowledge and experience with Citrix solutionsAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesResults drivenEntrepreneurial mind setBusiness and sales acumenStrong organizational and interpersonal abilitiesCustomer focusedIndustry certifications and / or experience with modern infrastructure / cloud / AI solutionsAbility to conduct effective presentations and / or trainingsWork ArrangementHybrid : 3 days in office / 2 days from homeWhat's In It For YouAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
