What You'll DoStreamline Operations with AI & Automation : Design and implement workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Twilio, CRMs, or custom scripts to remove repetitive work.Experiment with AI Applications : Test, pilot, and roll out AI tools (chatbots, copilots, dashboards) that improve user acquisition, communication, and product marketing.Cross-Team Process Design : Map, document, and improve how commercial, marketing, and product teams collaborate.Data Analysis & Insights : Build dashboards and reports (SQL, spreadsheets, Metabase, or similar) to track KPIs and surface actionable insights.Commercial & User Support : Work with user acquisition initiatives (hunter compensation, campaign analysis, automation flows like WhatsApp onboarding), follow up directly with users, spearhead customer service processes and initiatives.Financial & Compliance Support : Track payments, invoices, and basic compliance processes as part of operational oversight, in collaboration with our key operational business partners.Strategic Projects : Run user interviews, analyses, and proposals that shape Meal Star's three pillars — Product, Business Model, and User Acquisition.What We're Looking ForEngineering degree, with 2–5 years of experience in business operations, growth, commercial enablement teams, consulting or related roles in startups / tech environments.AI & Automation-first mindset : Hands-on experience (professional or side projects) using AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow builders.Analytical Skills : Proficient handling large amounts of data with various tools (SQL, spreadsheets, dashboards, campaign metrics), with a superpower to detect patterns, behaviours and anomalies.Communication Skills : Able to explain complex processes in simple terms, connect teams, and be an approachable, proactive partner.Startup DNA : Organized, self-directed, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by objectives rather than tasks.

Eager to both propose strategies and execute hands-on to make things happen.Tech-Savvy & Experimental : Early adopter of new technologies, unafraid of testing, failing, and iterating quickly.Bonus points if the candidate has Foodtech or Food-segment professional experience, has been related to B2C tech startups and / or in a commercial enablement areas.
